This is our FREE monthly meeting for all those interested in learning about Real Estate Investing in Houston, TX or any where in the country for that matter. The Newbie Club has been meeting for over eight years now. From humble beginnings at a Pasadena, TX Denny's to our commercial building purchase where we office and hold our monthly meetings, boot camps and speaking engagements.
The Newbie Club offers every level of real estate investor information on the industry from investing strategies to real estate tax information. The Newbie Club also offers excellent networking opportunities. Many deals have closed by several of our investors by simply presenting the deal to the group. Every opportunity is available to you if Real Estate Investing is something you want to learn here at the Newbie Club.

This meeting is typically held on the last Saturday of the month. Due to the Christmas Holiday we will have two Wealth Club Meetings in January.
The Wealth Club is our member’s only group. Spurred from the Newbie Club, the Wealth Club is a concentration of serious investors who are looking for more information to further their real estate investing careers. Eighty percent of success is just showing up. Our members are showing up and finding the deals, networking and success they are looking for.
The Wealth Club offers investors an in depth view of the various strategies involved in real estate investing. Here is a list of some of the programs we have offered to members:
